Jocelyn was able to respond very clearly to our requests when we were property shopping so that we were able to make our decision and make a bid after only one day of shopping.
She showed us two properties - one that fit exactly what we wanted another that closely fit what we thought that we wanted until we looked at it. Once we were in the process of closing the deal and getting past escrow, she was knowledgeable and helpful at every stage. Since we were doing everything remotely from California and since we had never bought in Massachusetts before, we needed a little extra support, which she provided with a smile. Besides being professional and knowledgeable in every way I could have wanted, she is a super nice person, always a pleasure to deal with.

She made calls to coordinate logistics and connected us via email to the folks were working with which made the process so smooth and less overwhelming. I really feel like Jocelyn grounded us in our process to feel like we had choice in agency as buyers.
